Neige Cocktails Around The World

At Neige, we believe every glass tells a story. Inspired by the flavors and traditions of different countries, we have selected cocktails that celebrate the richness of the world through our ice cider.


From Japan to Switzerland, through Belgium, the UK, the USA, and our very own Canada, embark on a unique taste journey where every sip reveals the perfect balance of innovation, terroir, and pure enjoyment.

Neige in Japan: Frosted Blossom

  • 1 oz/30 ml Neige Ice cider
  • 1 oz/30 ml Sake
  • 2 drops of Yuzu juice

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail martini glass, garnish with a thin cucumber ribbon or flower petal.

Neige in France: Neige & Tonic

  • 1 oz/30 ml of Neige Ice Cider
  • 3 oz/90 ml of Tonic water

Serve in a long glass with ice and a slice of apple.

Neige in the UK: Summer Garden Party

  • 1 part Neige
  • 1 part Elderflower liqueur (St Germain)
  • 3 parts soda

Serve in an oversized wine glass with ice and some strawberries.

Neige in Belgium: Brussels Spritz

  • 3 oz/ 90 ml Neige Ice Cider
  • 1 oz/30 ml of Suze
  • Orange peel twist

Serve in an oversized spritz wine glass with ice and the orange peel twist.

Neige in the USA: Spiced Ice Apple

  • 1.5 oz/45 ml of Spiced rum
  • 1 oz/30 ml of Neige Ice Cider
  • 1 oz/30 ml of Apple Juice

Shake with ice strain into a rocks glass and garnish with shake of cinnamon.

Neige in Switzerland: Alpine Apple Spritz

  • 3 oz/ 90 ml Neige Ice Cider
  • 1 oz/30 ml of dry vermouth
  • Top with sparkling water
  • Lemon peel twist

Serve in an oversized spritz wine glass with ice and the lemon peel twist.

Neige in Germany: Schwartzwald

  • 1.5 oz/45 ml Kirschwasser
  • 1 oz/30 ml Neige Ice Cider
  • 0.3 oz/10 ml lemon juice
  • Dash of bitters

Shake over ice and strain into a classic cocktail glass.

Neige in Canada: Neige Old Fashioned

  • 1.5 oz/50 ml Canadian Whisky
  • 0.75 oz/20 ml Neige Ice Cider
  • 1 teaspoon of Maple Syrup
  • 2 dashes of bitters

Put all the ingredients in a rocks glass and stir them slowly with a bar spoon to perfection. Add a couple of cubes of ice and enjoy.
